    How do I add the form to my website?

    Copy one embed snippet and paste it into your site. The form resizes to fit its container, renders transparently against your page background, and works on any platform that accepts an HTML embed.

    Yes. Add custom fields, hide the ones you don't need, and reorder them. Core fields stay locked so every request is usable. Requests come back with your field labels intact when you review them.

    What happens when a band submits?

    The request lands on the date in your booking calendar and your venue gets a notification. Bands automatically get a no-password BANDANA account to view their requests and collaborate once they're approved.

    Common questions

    Can bands request a date I have closed?
    No. The public form only offers dates marked open, so closed nights never generate a request.
    Do I need a developer to install it?
    No. It is a single embed snippet, the same as embedding a video.
