- Is BANDANA free for venues?
- Yes. The booking calendar, booking form embed, gig advance pages, event calendar embed, and open mic tools are free. Ticketing adds a flat 25 cents per ticket plus Stripe's processing rate.
- Can my whole booking team use it?
- Yes. Invite staff as owners and jam hosts with reusable role invite codes. Everyone sees the same calendar.
- Does approving a booking request create the show?
- No. Approving tells the band they're booked. You create the gig yourself when you are ready, with approved band details pre-populated, so nothing half-finished lands on your public calendar.
- Do the bands need BANDANA accounts?
- Bands need an account to submit their bio, stage plot, photos, and guest list to a gig page. Anyone can view a public gig or ticket page without one. When a band books with a BANDANA booking form, their account is auto-created.
- Can I use BANDANA tix right now?
- Yes. Any venue can turn BANDANA tix on, connect Stripe, and start selling tickets for a flat 25 cents per ticket.
