For Bands
Find a rehearsal time everyone can make
Band scheduling is the problem of finding one slot that four or five people with jobs, kids, and other bands can all make. BANDANA replaces the group-chat scroll with time-slot voting: capture availability, propose a few options, everyone taps the ones that work, and the winning slots are obvious at a glance.
Log in or Create AccountHow does time-slot voting work?
Create a rehearsal or event, collect member availability, add candidate time slots, and bandmates vote. You can see exactly who voted for what, so you know whether you are one drummer away from a winner.
- Time slot options generate automatically from members' availability, which you can add to or remove at will
- Per-member vote visibility — no guessing who has replied
- Members set their default availability per band, not globally, so playing in two bands does not create false conflicts

Does BANDANA suggest times?
Yes. BANDANA proposes rehearsal slots based on the band's availability, weighted toward the four-to-six-week window before a booked gig — the stretch where rehearsals matter most.
What about gigs and other dates?
Gigs, rehearsals, and other band events all live on the same calendar. Events can be turned off entirely in band settings if your band only uses BANDANA for songs.
Common questions
- Can members set availability per band?
- Yes. Default availability is stored per band, so your Tuesday-night band and your weekend band do not fight over the same calendar.
- Do I have to use the scheduling features?
- No. Events can be disabled in band settings, which hides the tab entirely. New bands start with events off and songs on.
