How is the ticket page built?

It is a visual editor, not a form. Set a hero image from band submissions and position it, write the description in a rich text editor, and pull band descriptions in automatically for shows connected to an event. Where do people buy tickets?

On a public ticket page you can link from anywhere, and inside the event calendar embed on your own website. There is also a standalone ticket embed for dropping a single show onto a page.

What happens after someone buys?

The buyer gets a confirmation email with the show details and a link to the event. Sales update on your venue and event pages, with a counter keeping bands updated. Refunds issued in Stripe are reflected back.

Is BANDANA tix available to every venue?

Yes. Any venue can activate BANDANA tix from the Integrations section on the venue Info tab, connect a Stripe account, and start selling.
