What is an advance sheet?
An advance sheet is the single document summarizing everything agreed during a gig advance — times, contacts, technical needs, payment, and guest list — distributed to everyone working the show.
Traditionally a PDF emailed around a few days before. Its weakness is that it goes stale the moment anything changes, and different people end up working from different versions.
A shared page that updates in place solves that: there is only ever one current version.
