BANDANA only sends emails tied to something that happened on your account — a welcome, booking updates, gig reminders, and ticket confirmations.
Each email below is triggered by a specific action or a scheduled reminder for a gig you are on. Nothing is sent to a marketing list.

Good to know
- Gig reminders include BANDANA tix sales stats when ticketing is turned on for that gig.
- Reminders only go out for gigs in Scheduled status.
- Each email is sent once per recipient per event; duplicates are suppressed.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops future sends to that address.
- Emails come from the BANDANA sending domain. Add it to your contacts so reminders do not land in spam.
